I understand and agree to the Twin Cities Safety llc, DBA HeartCert and AHA rules, policies and procedures and that I am responsible for following and maintaining them. Clicking authorizes and acts as my legal signature and formal agreement between Twin Cities Safety LLC d/b/a HeartCert Training Center and myself / training site. By clicking this box and submitting you agree to accept and follow all agreements per above and as found on the AHA instructor network and PAM. This includes but is not limited to the training center agreement and information found on the AHA network. You are electronically authorizing signature and understanding of this when you submit. You understand that you ultimately are responsible for adherence to these policies and that this is a legal binding agreement and signature as required by AHA.
