Whether you are a new graduate or a practicing nurse looking to obtain new skills or wish to specialize in vascular access, we have a training program for you! IV training is an extremely important skill for anyone in healthcare, looks great on a resume and can make you a better employee!
We offer both online/educational training through our affiliate and also in-person, hands-on basic IV therapy training programs. Each class comes with a certificate of completion that can be used to submit for CEU credits and will give students the necessary knowledge and confidence to assist with IVs.
Prerequisites for taking this class – Student must be: nurse graduate, licensed nurse, EMT, paramedic, radiology technician, physician assistant or physician to qualify to take the in-person class. If you are looking for just information or a starting point the online training is a great place to start!
Hands-On Training
Small group, face to face interactive classes provided by certified experts with years of field IV insertion and management experience. Attendees practice vascular access procedures under the supervision of an experienced instructor.
