Finally, we need to be able to get you paid! While training and onboarding, please save and use this link for submitting any shadowing hours/pay. You will not log or enter hours until advised to do so and done with training. However, we do need to get you into the system and ready for this so please also follow these instructions:
You can self onboard into our payroll system at THIS LINK: https://zenople.esgazure.com/login/TCY
The following video will explain the process. You will click the ‘sign up’ link in the bottom right of the webpage and follow the prompts until all tasks are complete. There is a section that will require someone to verify your identification, please pay attention at this point. You can send this i9 verification to a secondary email address for yourself, or someone you know and trust, but whoever you send the verification to must follow a few prompts they are emailed to finalize your account.
ALL instructors must ensure that rosters are closed out / finalized and hours entered (if applicable) THE SAME DAY that you do any class or hours. Do NOT WAIT or it will cause delays. All instructors are authorized or automatically paid for the entire scheduled class time plus 1 total hour for extra setup and takedown. Additional hours, modifications, mileage, etc all must be approved in advance and are logged in the same manner (here) as training/shadowing hours.
General payroll info:
Breaks are paid and we pay the full allotment of time scheduled for a class. Time for setup and takedown is not added on, the number of scheduled hours is paid which is why breaks are included as well as higher pay rates than most companies. For most CPR, BLS, First Aid, ACLS/PALS classes are paid automatically through our roster management system. IF you are a CNA instructor, in GA, or otherwise should enter your own hours, that information is below. If you are hired for inspections; AED inspection pay is 2 hours and 2.5 for an installation. Mileage is paid at the government rate and only when driving more than an hour to a job site (each way) and approved. Reimbursements require a receipt. Paychecks come bi-weekly but hours must be entered and approved each day that you work. If you accrue time off, one week of notice (ideally more) is required or your time will not be approved.
Once you have completed the onboarding, please email your supervisor or whom you’ve been working with for onboarding. Now that you are instructor trained and into our systems….Welcome to the team! You have completed onboarding and we are SO excited to have you as part of HeartCert! If applicable, there will be one more step that is emailed to you to cross over to also be able to teach Red Cross classes.
Next, we will reach out to you to see where your comfort level is with all this material (we know, it’s a lot), we’ll discuss additional shadowing/training opportunities (if needed), any questions and getting classes scheduled. Being a bit nervous is totally normal, we are here to help! We want you to feel comfortable and confident to do amazing classes!
