Card orders are filled for active and aligned instructors only. Please order ahead. Orders can take 48 hrs to process not including weekends or Holidays. For information on logging your classes please see this video. Additional helpful Training Center resources can be found by scrolling down after the form. New instructors will first go through an interview and vetting process prior to acceptance.

Instructor Onboarding Required: You must onboard with our Training Center to receive instructor packets or align with us. Requirements: Must hold a current AHA instructor card OR be currently enrolled in a new or renewing instructor course. Current Instructors: Upload your current instructor card. Enrolled Instructors: Specify your enrollment status/course in the comments section.
