TCC Forms and agreement for HeartCert Training Center

Please review and acknowledge that you accept the HeartCert and AHA policies and procedures. ALL instructors aligned with the HeartCert training center must adhere to American Heart Association standards for all AHA classes and are responsible for following and maintaining quality of these standards. By clicking submit you acknowledge that you are legally agreeing to all agreements/procedures and are authorizing this as your approved electronic signature for these agreements. Please type your name, enter the date and click to acknowledge that you are who you say you are, acknowledge the rules, policies and regulations of HeartCert and the AHA and understand to abide by them and will not hold HeartCert liable for any legal action or negative occurrences during any trainings. By signing this agreement you also agree to keep secure all AHA and HeartCert intellectual property including but not limited to exams and exam answer sheets. Instructors, training sites and anyone aligned must keep all tests secure and abide by the rules of the PAM or risk loss of instructor status and potential legal action.
